Mary Ann Wagner Mary Ann Wagner has more than 25 years of experience in global logistics and supply chain management, strategic planning, policy development, and executive and sales management for corporate and government clients. Prior to launching XIO, Ms. Wagner held executive positions with both Stanley Works and FedEx. More recently, she has played an integral role in the rollout of RFID and UID technology throughout the DoD supply chain, and was instrumental in the development of the communications strategy and plan for the effective implementation of RFID and UID within DoD. She was actively involved in the development and implementation of the Navy’s AIT Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
Ms. Wagner is a featured speaker on topics of logistics and supply chain management for Women in Technology, and she is a past president of the Washington, D.C., Chapter of the National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA). Ms. Wagner has served as Co-Chair and Chair of the Mentor-Protégé Program. She often appears as a featured speaker on logistics and supply chain management and has authored articles on woman entrepreneurship and the rising role of women in technology. Ms. Wagner holds a BS from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts.
Robert Marcinek Robert Marcinek serves as Vice President, Supply Chain Consulting. He has over 29 years of experience in logistics, supply chain and Information Technology management. He has served in a wide range of senior management positions within the DoD including as Chief Information Officer for the Army's Surface Distribution Command, and as Executive Director of Enterprise Solutions for the Defense Logistics Agency. He also served as the Commander for the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) deployed forces in Afghanistan, providing the full spectrum of logistics support including food, fuel, medical supplies, construction material and repair parts to sustain operations theater-wide.
Mr. Marcinek holds a BS from the University of Colorado at Boulder, an MS in ILS from National University and attended the Senior Executive Program at Columbia University. He is a member of the National Defense Transportation Association.
Sunny Taylor Sunny Taylor oversees the sales and business development of both XIO and Cubic Global Tracking Solutions. A seasoned executive, Ms. Taylor has been actively involved in the defense and communications industry for over two decades. Previously, she served as a Vice President & Operations Manager in SAIC’s Defense Solutions Group, where she lead an operation responsible for $50M in annual revenue. She has served in a leadership capacity throughout her career having served as President & CEO of both European Aerospace Defense & Security (EADS) Secure Networks North America and fSONA, an optical wireless broadband communications manufacturer. Ms. Taylor served as Vice President of Sales for P-Com, Inc and Director of Business Development for Columbia Spectrum Management. She also served as Legislative Director for a US Member of Congress from Florida.
Ms. Taylor is a graduate of the University of Texas and Simon Fraser University.
James Clark James Clark joined XIO Strategies in early 2007, and serves as Director of Business Operations. Early in his career Mr. Clark worked with consumer packaged goods distributors and publishing companies to reengineer sales and delivery processes to reduce operating costs, improve customer service, and improve asset utilization. More recently, Mr. Clark applied his commercial consulting skills and knowledge to the federal government sector, working with the Department of Defense’s Change Management Center and the Unique Identification (UID) Policy Office, providing a number of program support services within the asset identification and visibility arena, such as research and analysis, training, outreach and communication, and facilitation. In addition, Mr. Clark supports the Department of Navy in their Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) efforts. Within XIO Strategies, Mr. Clark provides overall leadership for the project delivery efforts for XIO, as well as contracting and proposal development.
Mr. Clark has a BA from Reed College in Portland, Oregon, and an MBA from University of Colorado at Boulder. He is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and has received Project Management Professional certification.
Christe Turner As XIO’s Business and Accounting Manager, Christe Turner holds responsibility for the Financial, Contracts Administration and Human Resources, and Administrative functions at XIO. Prior to joining the company in 2006, Ms. Turner built her career with several private sector firms, specializing in areas such as professional services, real estate investment and mortgage brokering. At XIO, her emphasis is on optimizing business processes, thereby creating cost-efficiencies throughout the organization that ultimately benefit the XIO client.
Ms. Turner earned a Dual BA in Computer Information Systems and Marketing from Mount Vernon College in Washington D.C. and a Legal Assistant Certificate from Georgetown University.
