Leadership Message
At the beginning of 2011, XIO was acquired by the Cubic Corporation, bringing big changes to our organization, and enabling exciting new opportunities for both our clients and our team of consultants. This event brings to mind an expression credited to French writer Jean-Baptiste Alphonse Karr that states: “The more things change, the more they stay the same.” Never is that statement more true for us than today because despite the inevitable changes that come with any acquisition, our values and goals remain the same: our belief in the benefits of improving how organizations do business and drive value to the bottom line; our determination to leverage the newest tools and technologies to reduce costs; and our commitment to deliver tangible benefits to each XIO client.
Although much of the work XIO consultants are performing on behalf of clients remains unchanged, we are laying the groundwork for a new and exciting future. By being a part of Cubic, we are now able to leverage resources that were previously unavailable to us—enabling us to provide new capabilities, strengthen the depth of our service offering, and bring greater value to bear on each project.
I am privileged to lead a team of some of the finest technologists, engineers, and consultants in the industry, and we invite you to learn more about how XIO can improve your business processes, deploy technology to enhance supply chain and logistics operations, and launch internal and external communications initiatives. We remain firm in our belief that now is the time to begin planning for budget reductions – organizations must take costs out of their supply chains.
